Proposed Change

I propose that this section of the drafting rules be edited from this:

The draft will be held in a chat room before the draft. The draft will be run by an owner to be determined later. Afterwards owners will rank their own players 1-25 on espn’s multi-list ranking system. ESPN will then draft the teams in a multi-list format.

to this:

The live draft is to be held at a time when all owners are able to attend, as close to the beginning of the regular season as possible. If there is no time when all owners are able to attend, an extended on-line draft will be held over the course of multiple days.

Rationale

We have moved on from ESPN for one. Second, I think we all prefer to have the draft be totally live, but if that's not possible, we'll roll with the extended draft.
