Proposed Change

I propose that the Draft Order subsection of the Drafting page be changed to the following:

The Supplemental Draft has three rounds. The draft order of the first round is determined by reverse standings from the previous season. If a steel cage match is not feasible, ties are to be broken by a method of the commissioner's choosing with a goal of randomness. Subsequent rounds will then use this same order.

Rationale

This will result in the draft proceeding in reverse order of the previous year's standings. It will also remove the concept of a protection pick.

Amendment as voted upon

The supplemental draft order goes in the reverse order of the previous year's standings (no snaking for all rounds of the supplemental).

As a part of this proposal (but it does not represent a change) a team can protect a player by using their last available supplemental selection.
