I move that for the 2008 Fantasy Baseball season, we change the Player Selection section of the Drafting page

of the league rules be amended to allow for random selection in breaking of ties for the purposes of supplemental draft order.

Rationale

We currently have no procedure, so this clarifies things for future seasons.
